Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Any included accessories, cables, or manuals must be returned as well.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exclusions
Refunds are not available for:
- Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
- Products without original packaging.
- Hygiene-related items once unsealed (for safety reasons).
If the item was received defective or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos for exchange or full refund.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is defective or an incorrect product was delivered.
