All Lunni products are covered by a 24-month legal warranty under the laws of the European Union.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and ensures that your product will function as intended during normal, proper use.
What is Covered
Defects in materials or workmanship that appear under normal consumer use.
Malfunctions that occur without user negligence or external damage.
Replacement or repair of the defective unit if confirmed under warranty.
What is Not Covered
The warranty does not apply to:
- Damage caused by improper use, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
- Normal wear and tear (including minor scratches, discoloration, or cosmetic issues).
- Products used for commercial or non-consumer purposes.
- Damage caused by failure to follow care and safety instructions.
If a returned product shows signs of misuse or modification, it will not be eligible for warranty service.
Warranty Period
The warranty is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.
If a replacement product is issued, the warranty continues from the date of the original purchase.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To request warranty service:

- Our support team will guide you through troubleshooting or inspection steps.
- If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product for replacement or repair.
Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us unless the defect is confirmed as a manufacturing fault.

This warranty policy does not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer protection laws.
